In Indianola each summer they have the Iowa Balloon Classic where tons of balloonist's (from all over the country) come and compete in different events. On Saturday night Ryder and I went down for the "mass ascention" where all the balloons start on the ground, they blow them up and they take off into the sky. Ryder just LOVED watching all the balloons take off! We were able to sit real close so they looked HUGE. It was a great night. Ryder also got to try some corndog and his friend Lauren even shared some of her cotton candy with him. :)

Sorry we didn't give you a call yesterday. We went to farmers market in the morning and then i thought it would be fun to make a pie with fresh fruit...bad idea.
We would have had way more fun with you at the pool! Cute pictures. We also went to see the balloons last night...lots of people. Good pictures! We will definately get together sometime to let the kiddos play together.
